Matthew Kresal Associate editor

Matthew Kresal was born, raised, and still lives in North Alabama, where he somehow never developed the stereotypical southern accent. It was while visiting a public library there in 2007 he found The Five Doctors - Special Edition among a handful of Doctor Who DVDs. Once hooked, and looking for an outlet to write about the show, he discovered this site in 2008 and began contributing to it soon afterword. Today, he's now the associate editor of the Ratings Guide, handling reviews of books involving the site's main editor. Beyond Doctor Who, he's a Sidewise Award-winning author of alternate history and science fiction, including for Candy Jar Books' UNIT spin-off range.
